Building Permit Fee Schedule Update – Effective April 15, 2026

Lee County Community Development has updated its permit fee schedule to better align the fees with the cost of providing permitting and inspection services. Fees will be assessed using the fee schedule in effect on the date they are added to the permit record.

​Lee County Community Development Conducts Page Park Visioning Workshop

  • Lee County Department of Community Development staff held a visioning workshop for stakeholders, residents, and businesses of Page Park, a community located south of Page Field in Lee County, from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, April 27. The visioning workshop was held at the Evangelical Christian School, 8237 Beacon Blvd., Fort Myers, FL 33907.
