To make it easier for our customers to pay their monthly utility bills, we offer several ways to make payment:
Automatic Monthly Payments using Checking or Savings Account
Paperless Billing To enroll in Paperless Billing, log onto LCU's Customer Self-Service Center and click on 'Sign Up'. Once registered, you will then select Billing & Usage then 'Paperless Billing'.
Online through our Web Portal using Checking, Savings, Debit or Credit Card
- Once you are registered on online, then you are able to download our LCU Pay mobile app and pay your bill through a smart phone. Use the same username and password from your online profile to access our mobile app. You can find our mobile app at both the Play Store and iTunes.

In person at a Customer Service Center Drive-Thru located at College Parkway
If your account is past due or has been disconnected for non-payment and you have made a payment on our IVR phone system or through the website, CONFIRMATION NUMBER MUST BE REPORTED to be noted on your account.
It can be called in, e-mailed to us or customer can enter our office at 7391 College Parkway. Additionally, if an account has been disconnected for non-payment, service is not guaranteed unless payment or confirmation of payment is received in the office prior to 3:30PM.
