Payment Options

To make it easier for our customers to pay their monthly utility bills, we offer several ways to make payment:Automatic Monthly Payments using Checking or Savings Account 

Paperless Billing To enroll in Paperless Billing, log onto LCU's Customer Self-Service Center and click on 'Sign Up'.  Once registered, you will then select Billing & Usage then 'Paperless Billing'.

 Online through our Web Portal using Checking, Savings, Debit or Credit Card

  • Once you are registered on online, then you are able to download our MyUtilities mobile app and pay your bill through a smart phone. Use the same username and password from your online profile to access our mobile app. You can download the app by going to https://myutilities.leegov.com on your phone's web browser. You will be prompted to install the app on your home screen.

By phone using Checking, Savings, Debit or Credit Card

In person at a Customer Service Center Drive-Thru located at College Parkway

If your account is past due or has been disconnected for non-payment and you have made a payment on our IVR phone system or through the website, CONFIRMATION NUMBER MUST BE REPORTED to be noted on your account. 

It can be called in, e-mailed to us or customer can enter our office at 7391 College Parkway. Additionally, if an account has been disconnected for non-payment, service is not guaranteed unless payment  or confirmation of payment is received in the office prior to 3:30PM.
