NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all owners of lands located within the boundaries of the SHEFFIELD WAY CHANNEL DREDGE CIP MSBU; WHISKEY CREEK CHANNEL DREDGE CIP MSBU; NANCY LANE WATER AND SEWER CIP MSBU that the Lee County Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, the 2nd day of December, 2025, at 9:30 a.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard, in the County Commissioners Meeting Room, Old Lee County Courthouse, 2120 Main Street, Fort Myers, Florida. On December 2, 2025, at 8:30 a.m., the Lee County Board of Port Commissioners will hold an Executive Session for the purpose of discussing negotiations between Lee County Port Authority and Southwest Florida Professional Firefighters and Paramedics, Local 1826, District 10, International Association of Firefighters, Inc. The opening of the public meeting will convene in the County Commission Chambers, Old Lee County Courthouse, 2120 Main Street, Fort Myers, Florida, and will adjourn to a Closed Executive Session in the East Room of the Old Lee County Courthouse, 2120 Main Street, Fort Myers, Florida. Upon conclusion of the closed session, the public Special Meeting will reconvene in the County Commission Chambers.
