NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lee County Board of County Commissioners will meet on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. in the Commission Chambers, 2120 Main St., Fort Myers, FL to conduct the regular business of Lee County.
Please note during the meeting the Board of County Commissioners may convene and take action in its capacity as the Lee County Port Authority. On Monday, April 27, 2026, beginning at 9:00 a.m., Lee County Board of County Commissioners and Charlotte County Board of County Commissioners will hold a joint public meeting at the County Administration East Building, located at 2201 Second Street, Conf. Room 118, Fort Myers, Florida 33901. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss Charlotte County's alleged areas of conflict with Lee County's adoption of Lee County Ordinance 25-16, which provides parking restrictions on unincorporated land on Gasparilla Island located solely within Lee County Florida. This Joint Public Meeting is being held in accordance with §164.1055, Fla. Stat. This meeting is open to the public, and interested citizens are invited to attend. No public input will be taken.
