Lee County Human & Veteran Services has assistance programs available to many Lee County residents. Our assistance programs are available in three broad categories: Financial Assistance, Homeless Assistance, and Veteran Assistance.

Financial Assistance

Apply for assistance with past due rent or mortgage.

Our online application is open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8 am until noon. The application portal will not accept applications when our office is closed for holidays. We accept 20 applications a day and once the 20 applications are received, the online application will be closed.

Please note that completing an application does not guarantee eligibility for utility or housing assistance. Assistance is dependent upon availability of funds. If the application system sends you an error message once you hit submit, that means we have received the maximum number of applications. Thank you for your understanding and please try again when the application site is open again.
