Customers can make payment on their utility bill by phone using a debit card, a credit card, a checking account or a savings account by calling 1-855-895-6939.

They will be prompted to enter utility account number and billing zip code.


If customers make payment on a past due bill, they must call the billing office at 239-533-8845 during regular business hours to inform them of the payment.

Payments made after 2 p.m. will not be reflected in the utility billing system until the next business day.
