Lee County is pleased to announce the combination of its ePlan and eConnect services, which is now accessible through one universal online portal.  These services offer 24/7 online services to interact with the county's permitting system. 

eConnect can be accessed on any device (mac/pc/mobile) and with any OS (Mac/Windows/Linux/iOS/Android) using one of the following browsers:

  • Internet Explorer 11
  • Microsoft Edge 38
  • Firefox 47
  • Safari 10
  • Chrome 55
  • Opera 29

Create an account through our new eConnect portal today to begin submitting various application types online.  Existing eConnect and ePlan Users are also required to create a new account and are encouraged to use the same email address previously used to register.

To submit online applications, licensed contractors must be registered with Lee County Contractor Licensing, create an eConnect account, add their contractor license number to their eConnect account, and then submit the Lee County Contractor eConnect Agreement to eConnect@leegov.com.

Applicants, contacts, agents, etc., not related to a licensed contractor and wishing to access their existing record(s) must create a new account and then email the First and Last Name, Email Address and Company Name of the new eConnect account to eConnect@leegov.com.

​Inspection requests can be made online​ or by calling 239-533-8997 and following the prompts. Subcontractors can attach themselves to new construction permits with a pin number by calling 239-533-8997. To request a pin number, complete the Subcontractor PIN Authorization Form and email to    contractorlicensing@leegov.com. ​ ​
