Building Permit Fee Schedule Update – Effective April 15, 2026

Lee County Community Development has updated its permit fee schedule to better align the fees with the cost of providing permitting and inspection services. Fees will be assessed using the fee schedule in effect on the date they are added to the permit record.

View, Search or Track Records/Permits

You do not need to create an eConnect account to view, search or track permit/record information, submit a code enforcement complaint, pay fees, and schedule building inspections. Use the link above to access eConnect.

 

Create an eConnect Account

  • An eConnect account is required for submitting application online, uploading record documents, printing/downloading approved plans or documents, and scheduling well inspections. 

  • Information on how to create an account can be found the eService User Guide or by watching tutorials on how to create an account. 

  • Applicants, contacts, agents, etc., not affiliated with a licensed contractor and wanting to access existing records must create an account and then email the First and Last Name, Email Address and Company Name of the new eConnect account to eConnect@leegov.com.
