You do not need to create an eConnect account to view, search or track permit/record information, submit a code enforcement complaint, pay fees, and schedule building inspections. Use the link above to access eConnect.
An eConnect account is required for submitting application online, uploading record documents, printing/downloading approved plans or documents, and scheduling well inspections.

Applicants, contacts, agents, etc., not affiliated with a licensed contractor and wanting to access existing records must create an account and then email the First and Last Name, Email Address and Company Name of the new eConnect account to eConnect@leegov.com.
