Create an eConnect Account to Submit Applications OnlineAn eConnect account is required for submitting applications online, uploading record documents, printing/downloading approved plans or documents, and scheduling well inspections. Notes for licensed contractors:You must be registered with Lee County Contractor LicensingAdd your contractor license number to your eConnect account Prior to submitting an application online, submit the Lee County eConnect User Agreement to eConnect@leegov.com. Note for applicants, contacts, agents, etc., not affiliated with a licensed contractor:To access existing records you must create an account and then email the First and Last Name, Email Address and Company Name of the new eConnect account to eConnect@leegov.com. INSPECTION REQUESTS Inspection requests can be made online using eConnect or by calling 239-533-8997 and following the prompts. SUBCONTRACTORSIf you have a pin number, you can attach to new construction permits by calling 239-533-8997 and following the prompts.
