Impact Fee Schedule

When Are Impact Fees Charged?:

  • Building permit issuance (New Construction and Mobile Home move-in)
    • An Impact Letter is required as part of your permit application. 
  • Development order issuance (for RV parks)
  • A 3% administrative fee is added to every impact fee assessment
