The best search results are found by entering the entire case number or project name and then clicking on the box next to "with the Exact Phrase." Record details can be found by searching the record number or property in the eConnect portal. 

Some case files have been bulk scanned, so you may see generic document names such as 'file,' 'plans,' or 'exhibits'. New cases are being scanned upon receipt, and all documents will be scanned individually with descriptive document names whenever possible. Please ensure you are reviewing the correct historical or most recent version of each document, as updated or additional materials are routinely submitted and may replace older documents.
