Fire & EMS Impact Fee Amendments
Amendments to the Fire and Emergency Medical Services (EMS) impact fees were adopted on February 3, 2026.
The first incremental increases will take effect on May 4, 2026 with subsequent incremental increases taking effect annually through May 4, 2029. Click

Solid Waste AssessmentBefore a Certificate of Occupancy on a residential dwelling can be issued, the builder or owner is required to pay the annual Solid Waste Assessment for a residential dwelling (four units or less). Please visit the Solid Waste Assessment webpage for more information.
Driveway Permits and Fees

Note: In addition to building permit fees, all permits are subject to fees imposed through HB0663, revised by HB 741 effective July 1, 2017. Each permit is charged a minimum of $2 for administration (or 1.5% of permit fee) and a minimum of $2 for radon (or 1% of the permit fee).
