Informal/Pre-application meetings are available with staff to discuss processes and project questions in detail. Prior to the submission of an application for development order approval, applicants are encouraged to schedule an informal meeting with Community Development staff members.
Applicants are required to provide a Site Plan with as much information as available in order to better prepare for the meeting.

Fill out and submit an Informal Meeting (Pre-Application) application online. Once you have logged into
eConnect, select the
Development Services menu to
Create an Application. Review the general disclaimer terms and select the checkbox to
Continue the Application. On the
Select a Record Type screen, select
Information Meeting or Waiver Request. Select the radio button to Continue Application and complete all required fields.
