To renew your Certificate of Competency, you must:
Pay your renewal fees.
Have current insurance information on file with the Contractor Licensing department.
Submit a copy of your current state registration, if applicable.
|To search, click on the Advanced Search link and select Contractor Licensing, then enter your "LIC" number in the Record Number field and/or enter your Business Name under Name of Business.|
Send Certificates of Insurance and/or copies of state registrations to ContractorLicensing@leegov.com or fax to
239-485-8577. If you choose to mail in your renewal fees, make check payable to Lee County BOCC.
Upon receipt of payment and insurance validation, your Certificate of Competency will be delivered by email.
If not renewed or placed in
inactive status by March 31, Certificate of Competencies expire and cannot be renewed. New licenses require licensing board approval.
