CPA2006-00001 - Fountains DRI
Current Status - Withdrawn
Amend the various elements of the Lee Plan including: the Future Land Use Element; the Transportation Element; and the Glossary to accommodate the Fountains DRI proposal on a 2,769 ±acre property generally located at the intersection of Daniels Parkway and S.R. 82. Amend the Future Land Use Map series, Map 1, to change the Future Land Use classifications shown on Map 1 from “Density Reduction/Groundwater Resource,” “Central Urban,” and “Wetlands” to “Density Reduction/Groundwater Resource,” “Wetlands,” “Town Center District,” “Tradeport”, “Public Facilities,” and “Conservation Lands.” Incorporate a new map into the Future Land Use Map series, Map 1A, the “Town Center District Map.” Incorporate proposed revisions to the following Lee Plan Maps: Map 3D, “Unincorporated Bikeways/Walkways Facilities Plan;” Map 3I, “Public Transit Trip Generators;” Map 4, “Private Recreational Facilities Overlay Map;” Map 6, “Lee County Utilities Future Water Service Areas;” Map 7, “Lee County Utilities Future Sewer Service Areas;” Map 16, “Lee County Planning Communities;” Map 19, “Commercial Site Location Standards Map;” and, Map 20, “Contiguous Agricultural Parcels Over 100 acres in Non-Urban Future Land Use Categories.” Incorporate various new definitions into the Glossary. Incorporate a new Goal and Objective and Policies specific to the Town Center District into the Future Land Use Element. Amend Table 1(a), Summary of Residential Densities, and Table 1(b), Year 2030 Allocations, to reflect the Town Center District future land use category.


CPA2006-00002 - Cape Royal Small Scale Amendment
Current Status - Effective
Amend the Future Land Use Map Series for an approximate 7.7 +/- acre site located in Section 20, Township 44 South, Range 23 East, to change the classification shown on Map 1, the Future Land Use Map, from Rural to Suburban and Commercial. Amend Map 7, the Lee County Utilities Future Sewer Service Areas Map, to add the subject site to the future service area. The site is generally located south of Pine Island Road and east of Veterans Parkway.


CPA2006-00003 - Olga Community Plan
Current Status - Adopt
Amend the Future Land Use Element of the Lee Plan to incorporate recommendations of the Caloosahatchee Shores Community Planning effort. Establish a new Goal, Objective, Policies, and Standards specific to the proposed Olga Overlay. Amend the Future Land Use Map series adding the Olga Overlay.


CPA2006-00004 - Adelson Small Scale Amendment
Current Status - Effective
Amend the Lee Plan Future Land Use Map series, Map 1 to change 5.43 acres from the Rural Land Use designation to the Suburban Land Use designation.


CPA2006-00006 - Krienbrink
Current Status - Withdrawn
Amend the Future Land Use Map Series for an approximate 40 +/- acre site located in Section 18, Township 43 South, Range 26 East, to change the classification shown on Map 1, the Future Land Use Map, from Rural to Suburban. The site is generally located at the southeast intersection of SR 31 and North River Road.


CPA2006-00008 - Babcock Ranch
Current Status - Adopt
Amend the various elements of the Lee Plan including: the Future Land Use Element; the Transportation Element; and the Future Land Use Map series to accommodate the Babcock Ranch Community AMDA proposal on a 17,787 ±acre development area located in southeastern Charlotte County and northeast Lee County. Incorporate proposed revisions to the following Lee Plan Maps: Map 3A, “2030 Financially Feasible Transportation Plan;” Map 3B, “Future Functional Classification Map;” Map 3C, “2020 Financially Feasible Transit Network;” Map 3D, “Bikeways/Walkways Facilities Plan;” Map 3H, “Future Maintenance Responsibility;” Map 3I, “Public Transit Trip Generators;” and Map 3J, “Evacuation Routes.” Amend Table 3, Schedule of Capital Improvements, and Table 4, Total Revenue and Project Summary, to reflect the mitigation of the development's traffic impacts.


CPA2006-00009 - Alva Community Plan
Current Status - Adopt
Amend the Future Land Use Map Series, Map 1 to reflect a new "Rural Village" land use designation for the historic center of Alva, currently designated under the Urban Community land use designation. Amend the Future Land Use element to add a new Goal, Objectives, and Policies specific to the the Alva Community and the proposed "Rural Village" land use designation.


CPA2006-00010 - Caloosa 80
Current Status - Continued
Amend the Future Land Use Map Series, Map 1, for an approximate 192.32 +/- acre site located in Sections 29 and 30, Township 43 South, Range 27 East, to change the Future Land Use classification from Rural and Urban Community to Suburban. The site is generally located near the southeast corner of SR 80 and Bateman Road.


CPA2006-00011 - Page Park Community Plan
Current Status - Adopt
Amend the Future Land Use Element of the Lee Plan to incorporate the recommendations of the Page Park Community Planning effort. Amend the Future Land Use element to add a new Goal, Objectives, and Policies specific in the long range development of Page Park.


CPA2006-00012 - North River Village
Current Status - Withdrawn
Amend the Future Land Use Map Series, Map 1, for an approximate 1,263 +/- acre area of land located in Sections 16 through 20, Township 43 South, Range 26 East to change the Future Land Use classification from Rural, Wetlands, and Outer Islands to a proposed future land use designation of North River Village and Wetlands. The site is generally located south of N. River Road, east of SR 31 and north of the Caloosahatchee River. Amend the Future Land Use element of the Lee Plan to add a descriptor policy for the proposed North River Village land use category. Amend Table 1(b), Year 2030 Allocations, for the Alva Planning Community as proposed.


CPA2006-00013 - Fitzsimmons
Current Status - Withdrawn
Amend the Future Land Use Map Series, Map 1 to reflect a change from the Rural Land Use designation and the Wetland Land Use designation to the Suburban Land Use designation. Also change Map 6, Future Potable Water Service Area to include the 48 +/- acre site to allow Lee County utility services. Additionally requested is a text amendment change to the Lee Plan changing Table 1 (b) to reflect a change to the Alva Planning Community allocations to incorporate the corresponding FLUM amendment.


CPA2006-00014 - Raymond Lumber Supply
Current Status - Adopt
Amend the Future Land Use Map Series, Map 1, for an approximate 14 +/- acre site located in Section 20, Township 43 South, Range 25 East, to change the Future Land Use classification from Suburban to Industrial Development. The site is generally located north of Bayshore Road and 1.1 miles west of I-75.


CPA2006-00015 - Cauthen
Current Status - Adopt
Amend the Future Land Use Map Series, Map 1, for an approximate 13.5 +/- acre site located in Section 20, Township 44 South, Range 23 East, to change the Future Land Use classification from Rural to Intensive Development. The site is generally located in the southeast corner of Pine Island Road and Veterans Parkway.


CPA2006-00016 - Public Schools Element
Current Status - Effective
Amend the Community Facilities Element and the Capital Improvements Element to add a new Public Schools Facility Element. Incorporate schools as required public facilities for concurrency purposes and to provide for proportionate fair share mitigation options in accordance with Senate Bill 360. Incorporate two new maps, Map 22 School Concurrency Service Areas and Map 23 Educational and School District Facilities in Lee County to address the new school concurrency requirements.


CPA2006-00018 - Public Schools CIP
Current Status - Effective
Amend the Lee Plan by incorporating the Lee County School District School CIP into the Capital Improvements Element as Table 3A.


CPA2006-00020 - Water Supply Facilities Work Plan
Current Status - Adopt
Amend the Community Facilities and Services, Potable Water sub-element, the Conservation and Coastal Management Element, and the Intergovernmental Coordination Element of the Lee Plan to coordinate appropriate aspects of the comprehensive plan with the South Florida Water Management District Water Supply Plan and to include a ten year Water Supply Facilities Work Plan as required by s. 163.3177 (6)(c), F.S.


CPA2006-00021 - CIP
Current Status - Withdrawn
Amend Tables 3 and 4 of the Lee Plan to incorporate the latest Lee County Capital Improvement Program and show that the Capital Improvement element is "Financially Feasible". Amend the Capital Improvement Element of the Lee Plan to reflect long-term concurrency management planning and to provide for a definition of "Financially Feasible".


CPA2006-00026 - Conservation Lands - Update
Current Status - Adopt
Amend the Future Land Use Map to update the Conservation Lands categories.


CPA2006-00027 - Gunnery Road Access Management Plan
Current Status - Adopt
Amend the Future Land Use Element of the Lee Plan to update Policy 1.8.2 to reflect the Corridor Access Management Plan for State Route 82.
