Current Status - Effective
Update Table 5(a), for Southwest Florida International Airport, to consolidate future development into a single phase; update Table 5(b), for Page Field Airport, to consolidate future development into a single phase, and add 25,000 square feet for a multi use hangar; and update Lee Plan Future Land Use and Transportation Elements to reflect these changes and make consistent throughout the Lee Plan.



Current Status - Effective
(COUNTY INITIATED) Amend the Lee Plan to incorporate updates to four Lee Plan Maps. The maps proposed for amendment include Map 3E: Airports, Seaports, Railways and Waterways; Map 3J: Evacuation Routes; Map 5: Coastal High Hazard Area; and Map 10 General Soils Map.



Current Status - Effective
Amend Map 17: Southeast DR/GR Residential Overlay, to designate approx 637+/- acres along Corkscrew Road as an "Environmental Enhancement and Preservation Community" and to amend Lee Plan Maps 6 and 7 to include the property within the Future Potable Water and Sewer Service areas in order to develop a residential community. The property is located approximately 3 miles east of Alico Road.



Current Status - Effective
Update Lee Plan Map 1, Page 5 of 8 Titled "Special Treatment Areas" (Airport Noise Zone Map) and related policy 1.7.1 to be consistent with the 2013 Southwest Florida International Airport Part 150 Noise Study.

(COUNTY INITIATED) Amend the Future Land Use Map to reflect the Conservation Lands for County 20/20 lands as directed by the BOCC.



Current Status - BoCC for Transmittal
Request to amend Map 14 to add land from within the Troyer Brothers property to the Future Limerock Mining Overlay and corresponding industrial acreage to Table 1(b). The Troyer Brothers property is approximately 1,804± acres.



Current Status - BoCC Review for Adoption
Amend the Future Land Use Map to redesignate 628 acres from the Density Reduction/Groundwater Resource and Wetlands future land use categories to the Sub-Outlying Suburban and Wetlands future land use categories. Amend Table 1(b), Year 2030 Allocations, to accommodate additional residential development for the Sub-Outlying Suburban future land use category within the Gateway/Airport Planning Community. Amend the following Lee Plan maps for internal consistency: Map 1, Pages 2 and 4; Map 4; Map 6; Map 7; Map 14; Map 16; Map 17; Map 20; and Map 25. The property is located near the intersection of SR 82 and Daniels Parkway.

Amend the Lee Plan Future Land Use Map to redesignate the future land use category of approximately 3.09 acres located at 17470, 17446, and 17440 Wells Road from “General Interchange” to “Sub-Outlying Suburban.”



Current Status - BoCC Review for Adoption
Amend Map 17, Southeast DR/GR Residential Overlay, to designate a 1,460 +/- acre property along Corkscrew Road as an "Environmental Enhancement and Preservation Community;” Amend Maps 6 and 7 to include the property within the Future Potable Water and Sewer Service area; and, Amend Policy 33.3.4 to allow Tier 1 properties with access to Corkscrew Road to extend the Environmental Enhancement and Preservation Communities Overlay up to 2 miles to the south. The property is located approximately 4 miles east of the intersection of Alico and Corkscrew Roads. The requested amendments will allow the property to be developed with a residential community pending the property being rezoned.

Request to redesignate 453± acres, a portion of the Troyer Brothers property, from DR/GR and Wetlands to Conservation Lands on the Future Land Use Map.



Current Status - Effective
Amend Lee Plan Policy 1.1.9, Goal 18, and Table 1(a) to remove site specific requirements for Area 9 of the University Community. Also amend Lee Plan Map 1, Page 2 to identify the subject property in the correct community planning area.



Current Status - Staff Review - Private
Amend the Lee Plan to allow transient recreational vehicle campground facilities in non-urban areas.



Current Status - Staff Review - Private
Amend Lee Plan Map 1, Page 1 to change the future land use category of the 4,157-acre subject property from DR/GR and Wetlands to New Community and Wetlands; amend Lee Plan Objective 1.6 and Goal 35; amend Lee Plan Tables 1(a) and (b); and remove the subject property from Private Recreational Facilities Overlay (Lee Plan Map 4). The subject property is located at the northeast corner of SR 31 and North River Road.

Amend the Future Lane Use Map to redesignate 45 acres of Wetlands to Sub-Outlying Suburban on approximately 45+/- acres, in conjunction with rezone AG-2 to RPD, DCI2016-00026, to allow 55 single-family residential dwelling units.
