Rider Alert: Due to the Cars On 1st event, multiple streets will be closed in Downtown Fort Myers on Saturday, April 25, from 5:30 AM to 6:00 PM, resulting in a detour for the Route 20 and temporary bus stop closures. Please refer to the map for detour details and bus stop closures.

Rider Alert: Beginning Monday, April 27, through Monday, May 4, Old US 41 at Riverside Park Road will be temporarily closed due to construction, resulting in a detour for the Route 600 and the temporary closure of bus stops #12003 and #11356. Please refer to the map for closure details and nearby active bus stops.

Rider Alert: Beginning April 16, bus stops #20051 and #12174 will be temporarily moved due to the lane shift construction along Ortiz Avenue. Please expect delays and detours for the Route 5.

Effective April 1, 2026, Bus Stop #11405, located between Tice Street and Mississippi Avenue, will be permanently removed. Please use alternative stops nearby:
•Bus Stop #11406, located between Tice Street and Carolina Avenue 
•Bus Stop #11404, located between Nuna Avenue and Tice Street.

Rider Alert: Due to the construction on Daniels Parkway, bus stop #11554 is temporarily closed. The closest alternative bus stop is #11552, located at Daniels Parkway and Fiddlesticks Blvd.

Beginning the week of November 23, through the Fall of 2026, there will be roadside and median construction, as well as periodic lane closures on Winkler Ave, from Metro Pkwy to Colonial Blvd. 
This will result in delays for the Route 5 between 6 am – 4 pm.

Rider Alert: Beginning on or around November 7, 2025, bus stop #12175 will be temporarily closed and bus stop #20051 will be temporarily relocated approximately 100 ft. South of the entrance to Vistas at Eastwood Apartments. Please refer to the maps for details and impacted bus stops.

Beginning October 3, please expect delays for Routes 20 and 100, and intermittent bus stop closures in both directions on SR 80 - Veronica Shoemaker Blvd to Kingston Drive, and SR 82 - Fort Street to Veronica Shoemaker Blvd. Please refer to the maps for details and potential impacted bus stops.

Due to construction along Estero Blvd, bus stop #12193 near Lovers Key is out of service until further notice.
