The routes 40, 50, and 140 will experience some slight modifications beginning on January 15, 2026. These modifications are designed to improve connectivity, frequency and timing.

Beginning the week of November 23, through the Fall of 2026, there will be roadside and median construction, as well as periodic lane closures on Winkler Ave, from Metro Pkwy to Colonial Blvd. 
This will result in delays for the Route 5 between 6 am – 4 pm.

Rider Alert: Due to the upcoming Art Walks and Music Walks, First St from Broadway to Jackson St, will be closed on the dates below:

These closures will result in temporary bus stop closures and detours for the Blue and Gold line River District Trolleys (Routes 500 and 505). 

Rider Alert: Beginning on or around November 7, 2025, bus stop #12175 will be temporarily closed and bus stop #20051 will be temporarily relocated approximately 100 ft. South of the entrance to Vistas at Eastwood Apartments. Please refer to the maps for details and impacted bus stops.

Beginning October 3, please expect delays for Routes 20 and 100, and intermittent bus stop closures in both directions on SR 80 - Veronica Shoemaker Blvd to Kingston Drive, and SR 82 - Fort Street to Veronica Shoemaker Blvd. Please refer to the maps for details and potential impacted bus stops.

Bus Stop #11551, located at Daniels Pkwy and Riverside Ctr Ct., will be temporarily closed beginning
September 25. Please refer to map for closure alternative active bus stops.

ROUTE DELAYS
Beginning the week of September 22, please expect daytime closures to the right Southbound lane of the Matanzas Pass Bridge, Monday through Thursday from 9 AM to 4 PM, resulting in delays for Routes 410 and 490.

Due to construction, Jackson St between Victoria Ave and Union St and Union St between Jackson St and Central Ave will be closed for approximately 10 weeks beginning the week of September 1. This closure will affect Routes 10, 15, 20, 100, and 140 traveling to and from the Rosa Parks Transfer Station.

Due to construction along Estero Blvd, bus stop #12193 near Lovers Key is out of service until further notice.

Due to construction and safety concerns along Ortiz Ave, bus stops #12278 and #12174 will be temporarily closed. Please use the temporary bus stop located just south of the Lee County Jail enterance.
