June 20, 2023, the Board of County Commissioners approved a series of incremental rate adjustments for water and wastewater services provided by Lee County Utilities.
2023 LCU Approved Rate Resolution These adjustments are necessary to recover the increasing cost of operation and maintenance, the funding of capital improvements to the existing facilities and infrastructure, and new debt repayment, to provide safe and reliable service for the public health of the community.
To minimize the impact on the customer’s utility bills, the rate increase will be adjusted incrementally as follows:
