About Books-by-Mail Books-by-Mail supplies printed books and DVDs to adults and children who are unable to visit a Lee County Library System. The service is available to patrons with temporary or long-term physical and medical disabilities. Caregivers also qualify for the Books-by-Mail service. Materials are sent in zippered, nylon bags to registered users. Registered users may request library materials by phone or mail.
Books-by-Mail is available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
