| Scope Of Work: | 1. GENERAL SCOPE OF PROJECT
1.1. Lee County desires to contract with a qualified Contractor to perform utility work, roadway and drainage improvements on Corkscrew Road from Bella Terra Boulevard to Alico Road in Estero, Florida. Work will consist of the following:
1.1.1. Road widening with drainage improvements.
1.1.2. Removal and relocation of existing utilities.
1.1.3. Open cuts and directional drills.
1.1.4. Storm water management facility (pond).
1.1.5. Installation of force main, raw water main, and water main.
1.1.6. Streetlights, traffic signal, fiber optics installation.
1.1.7. Landscaping and irrigation system.
1.2. All work performed is to follow Federal, State, Local, OSHA, and County mandated regulations and specifications for associated work.
1.3. The detailed scope or work and CONTRACTOR responsibilities are further defined within the Technical Specifications and project plans provided as part of the solicitation. It is the responsibility of the CONTRACTOR to review and fully understand all associated project documents.
1.3. The scope is further defined and detailed within Exhibits E-N found attached to the draft construction agreement affixed to this solicitation package as well as within the plans associated with this project. Contractor is responsible for reviewing all documentation associated with this project.
