To use contactless, curbside pickup, patrons with holds available for pick up can

  1. Drive to the main entrance of the library,
  2. Stay in their car and
  3. Call the telephone number provided on the signs at the location.

Staff will ask for the library card number(s), check out the materials and bring them out to the designated spot. Once signaled by staff, patrons can then pick up their materials and depart with their items.

How can I check if I have any items on hold?
You can check your library account online.

Can I place holds on items now?
Yes! We are happy to announce that as of May 11, patrons are able to place holds on library materials.

I don't have a cell phone. How do I call when I get to the branch for pickup?

Do I have to return my items at the branch I picked them up?
You can return your materials at any Lee County Library System branch. The exterior book drops at all our branches are open.

If I am no longer in town but I have some of your physical materials checked out, what should I do?
You can just hold onto them until you return. If you would like to contact the library at one of the methods above with your library card number, we can add a note to your account.
