Patricia “Trish” Petrosky is a seventh generation Floridian and a longtime resident of Lee County. She was appointed by Gov. Ron DeSantis on Dec. 12, 2025, to serve on the Lee Board of County Commissioners, bringing deep local roots and a strong commitment to faith, family and public service.
Trish has professional experience in hospitality, real estate and education, reflecting a practical business mindset and a people-focused approach to leadership grounded in accountability and results. A principled constitutional conservative, Trish believes in limited government, fiscal discipline, personal responsibility and the protection of individual liberties and property rights. She supports responsible growth paired with strategic investment in infrastructure and a strong commitment to preserving Lee County’s natural resources.
Her priorities include keeping taxes low, cutting wasteful government spending, addressing traffic congestion through responsible planning and infrastructure improvements, supporting law enforcement and first responders, and protecting the waterways that are essential to Lee County’s economy and quality of life.
Trish and her husband, Josh, are raising their three children in Alva and are actively involved in their church and the Southwest Florida community.
