| Scope Of Work: | Lee County Public Safety is seeking to execute a sole source for a statistical dashboard with plug-in monitoring that provides EMS and Dispatch compliance and quality assurance. Dashboard must have cross functionally with both EMS’ patient information provider, ESO, as well as Public Safety’s dispatch provider, ProQA. This is a 5-year purchase with installation and maintenance/license usage. |
