| Scope Of Work: | Lee County Board of County Commissioners hereinafter referred to as the “COUNTY” seeks to contract professional services through a skilled and qualified consultant hereinafter referred to as the “CONSULTANT” to develop and prepare a master plan for the Fort Myers Beach Water Reclamation Facility (FMBWRF) that generally consists of comprehensive plant and operations assessment with the objective of provide a detailed schedule of improvements for long-term efficient operation and performance of the plant. The master plan shall evaluate current treatment processes, flows, and the physical condition of the plant; identify improvements to the facility that both optimize efficiency with respect to capital and operational costs, and are required to maintain the permitted capacity over the next thirty years; finally, the master plan shall prioritize the sequencing of proposed improvements. |
