| Scope Of Work: | Lee County Board of County Commissioners is seeking professional consultant services for
the below referenced projects. This scope of services entails providing architectural programming,architectural design, multi-disciplinary engineering design and construction contract administration services for the:
30.1. New North Fort Myers Library (NFML) Lee County Public Library, to be located south of
and contiguous to the existing library site. A project conceptual site plan is herewith attached.
The NFML is to include approximately 25,000 square feet of floor area arranged in a single story configuration.
30.2. New Bonita Springs Library (BSL) Lee County Public Library, to be located within the City of Bonita Springs. A project conceptual site plan is herewith attached. The BSL is to include approximately 25,000 square feet of floor area arranged in a multi-story configuration. |
