| Scope Of Work: | Lee County Board of County Commissioners, herein known as County, is requesting Proposals from interested firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services, for various types of projects less than $2,000,000.00 in construction cost on an as-needed basis. The County intends to select a pool of Construction Managers for the contract(s); however, there is NO guarantee that all will receive work. |
