| Scope Of Work: | Lee County Utilities is seeking to execute a single source purchase for deep injection well construction at Three Oaks Water Reclamation Facility and Green Meadows Water Treatment Plant. The Three Oaks Water Reclamation Facility DIW includes construction of a drilling pad, four, one 3,000-feet deep, 24-inch diameter seamless steel casing Class I municipal disposal/injection well. The Green Meadows Water Treatment Plant DIW includes construction of a drilling pad, one 3,000-feet deep, 18-inch internal diameter/20-inch outer diameter fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP) Class I municipal disposal/injection well. Deep Injection Wells are used to dispose of excess reuse water during the wet season and for disposal of membrane concentrate in an environmentally acceptable manner (concentrate disposal resulting from Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Facility). |
