| Scope Of Work: | Lee County Community Development is seeking to execute a sole source for migrating the Accela on-premise Land Management instance to the Accela Cloud based on the materials; Import/upgrade of MS SWL database; assistance to migrate six interfaces: GIS, Credit Card Payment (Forte), Project Dox, USPS Data export, Abandoned property data log and Selectron IVR; Migration of 500 Crystal reports; assist integrating Azure SSO; up to 20 hours of issue resolution & testing assistance; go live planning & cutover assistance; Accela shall perform ongoing project management services in conjunction with the County’s project manager though the project. Products included in the project: Accela Automation, Accela Citizen Access, Accela GIS and Accela Mobile. |
