Lee County Commissioners Dedicate Conservation 20/20 Preserve to Frank Mann
On June 21, Commissioner Frank Mann passed away peacefully in his Alva home. In his honor, the Lee County Board of County Commissioners voted to rename GS-10 preserve to now the Frank Mann Preserve. Commissioner Mann was a lifelong resident of Lee County. He prioritized preservation of our local environment and exceptional quality of life in Southwest Florida for over 15 years. The preserve encompassing nearly 625 acres will bring flood relief to the area and house amenities such as a trail system, paddle craft area, pavillions & restrooms. Lee County Parks & Recreation is honored to carry on his legacy with this preserve. To find out more infomation on Frank Mann Preserve, click here.
