Lee County Parks & Recreation (LCPR) maintains a number of boat ramps across the county which offer a variety of recreational opportunities and vary in amenities and features.

Know Before You Go

Admission:  Free.
Parking:  Sometimes limited and varies by site. Some allow overnight parking, others do not. 
  - Cost is $10 per day (or less).  
  - Get a sticker and only pay once a year (at most LCPR sites)!  
Fishing:  Free (but a saltwater fishing license may be required, at no cost to Florida residents).

Alva Boat Ramp

Map & Amenities: Caloosahatchee River access, vehicle/trailer parking (no overnight), canoe/kayak launch, fishing.

Davis Boat Ramp

Map & Amenities: Caloosahatchee River access, vehicle/trailer parking (no overnight), canoe/kayak launch.

Imperial River Boat Ramp

Map & Amenities: Imperial River access, vehicle/trailer parking (no overnight), toilets, fishing pier, hiking trails, canoe/kayak launch.

Lavender's Landing Boat Ramp

Map & Amenities: Gulf/bay access off Pine Island, managed by Tropic Star, vehicle/trailer parking (overnight allowed), cottage rentals (call (239) 283-0015), toilets.

Matlacha Boat Ramp

Map & Amenities: Gulf/bay access off Pine Island, vehicle/trailer parking (no overnight), toilets, fishing, fish cleaning station.

Pine Island Commercial Boat Ramp

Map & Amenities: Gulf/bay access off Pine Island. Commercial use only Mon-Fri. Open to the public Sat & Sun from 6:30 a.m. - 8:30 p.m. Vehicle/trailer parking for public on weekends (no overnight), port-o-toilets, fishing, fish cleaning station.

Punta Rassa Boat Ramp

Map & Amenities: Gulf/bay access off Sanibel Harbour, two ramps with dock between, vehicle/trailer parking (overnight, multiple days allowed), toilets, fishing, fish cleaning station, restrooms, ice vending.

The public boat ramp on Sanibel will be closed until further notice from the City of Sanibel.  Sanibel’s “C” parking permits will be honored at the Punta Rassa Boat Ramp.
