Task 1 is a recurrent task for AIM Engineering to coordinate the team to ensure that all staff members and sub consultants are preforming the required tasks to completion within the proposed schedule. Throughout the contract, AIM's Project Manager will perform the following project coordination services from project inception through completion of the report deliverables (12-month period):
- Oversee all aspects of the contract obligations.
- Hold internal team meetings as needed to perform the Scope of Services and maintain schedule.
- Review Sub consultant's methodologies, work in progress, and deliverables to ensure consistency with the project Scope of Services and objectives.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with County staff (not specifically identified in this Scope of Services) to obtain data or other information needed to perform the project Scope of Services.
