Managing your prepaid account
Auto-replenish and Continuous Renewal
There are two ways to conveniently enable automatic charging of your credit card for your prepaid account and/or discount programs. Both can be enabled on your
account online or by printing & mailing the
pdf forms to the LeeWay Service Center.

Auto-Replenish allows your account to automatically add funds to your transponder when you reach a low balance.

Continuous Renewal allows your account to automatically renew the
discount programs on your account when you reach the end of your discount program's term.
Adding funds to your prepaid account

Automatically Replenish with Credit Card: Log In to enable Auto-Replenish to your account or
download a PDF form to mail to the LeeWay Service Center. When your prepaid account balance reaches $10, your credit card will automatically be billed an additional $30.00 (plus $20.00 for each additional transponder). As long as your credit card information remains current, this is a simple and easy way to replenish your prepaid account.

Online Access:Customers can Log In and add funds using a credit card.

24-Hour Drop Box: Customers can visit the LeeWay Service Center and place check or money orders payments in the drop box to the right of the front door.

Phone: Customers can call the LeeWay office at (239) 533-9297 to make one-time credit card payments over the phone. The hours of operation are Mon - Fri: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Mail: Customers can mail checks or money orders to 1366 Colonial Blvd, Fort Myers, FL 33907.
