| Scope Of Work: | Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract for professional consulting services including but not limited to, the following general tasks for water, sewer, and reuse: Technical Studies and Reports (includes planning reports, preliminary design reports, etc.).
Engineering & Land Surveying, Subsurface Utility Excavation (SUE).
Flow Analysis, Hydraulic Calculations, and Assessment (for water, sewer and reuse systems).
Water and Sewer Treatment Process Analysis and Assessments.
Design, construction Plans and Technical Specifications (including material quality take-offs, cost estimates and bid documents.
Permits and Permit Renewals, as required by regulatory agencies such as Florida Department of Transportation, Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Department of Health, South Florida Water Management District, Lee County Department of Transportation, and Lee County Department of Community Development.
Final bidding and construction documents.
Advisory services during bidding process.
Construction Contract Administration and Management Services during construction.
Inspection services and operational trouble-shooting services.
Record drawing and system start-up services.
