| Scope Of Work: | Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract with a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CM) for the replacement of existing domestic copper water lines, existing cast iron sewer lines and bringing all bathrooms into current ADA compliance within and throughout the Justice Center Proper and the Annex building located at the Justice Center complex. The services provided shall not include the Justice Center Towers or the Jail. |
