North Fort Myers Community Pool Replacement

Details: This project consists of the replacement of the existing community pool in North Fort Myers, located two blocks north of NFM high school.  The pool is approximately 60 years old.  The pool along with the pool structure and supporting infrastructure are in need of complete replacement. The new pool will be an 8 lane, competition rated facility. The new facility will include enhanced lighting, new pumps, filters and other support equipment, shade structures, handicap access facilities, and a slide.  Additional improvements include the rehabilitation of the existing parking lot located on the west side of the building, new landscaping and minor improvements to the existing restroom/office building.
Estimated Completion Date: 1/31/2019
