The Florida Department of Health in Lee County (DOH-Lee) is offering COVID-19 vaccine to
residents that meet the eligibility requirements. There are several ways to pre-register for a vaccine:

Appointments at the vaccine site will be scheduled between the hours of 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Additional dates will be posted here as the Florida Department of Health announces them.

When is my second dose Appointment?
- Individuals who receive their first dose will leave the site with a scheduled second appointment noted on their vaccination card.
- The second dose date written on your vaccination card is a
confirmed appointment. You do not need to receive a confirmation call, email or text to appear on the date and time written on your vaccination card.
What to bring to your second dose appointment
If you received your first dose between March 18 - March 30
- You will receive a call from the state’s vendor, Tidal Basin, to schedule your second-dose appointments at the indoor site, or you can schedule your second dose yourself online at
myvaccine.fl.gov.
