Roger Desjarlais

Bio
Roger Desjarlais has dedicated himself to public service for more than four decades and has served as County Manager in Lee County since 2013. He oversees a $2 billion budget and 2,640 employees. Desjarlais previously was Chief Deputy at the Lee County Property Appraiser Office. He also served as Broward County Manager for seven years. Prior to that, he had a two-decade career with Lee County government, including a post as Assistant County Manager.

Dave Harner

Bio
Dave Harner was named Deputy County Manager in February 2019 after more than 28 years with Lee County. Prior to his current position, Harner served as director of Parks & Recreation since 2012 and more recently as Assistant County Manager since 2015. He has also stepped in to serve as interim director of Domestic Animal Services. In his current role, he oversees daily operations of the County as well as the Assistant County Managers and several county departments. Harner is a Navy veteran.

Peter Winton

Bio
Pete Winton has been with Lee County since 1995 and has served as an Assistant County Manager since November 2004. Before serving in his current role, Winton worked in the County's Economic Development department as well as functioning as the County's Director of Communication. He was appointed to Chief Financial Officer in January 2015. Before joining Lee County, Winton worked for 10 years in the private sector as an accountant and journalist.

Bio
Christine Brady joined Lee County in 2006 after nearly 20 years of work in the private sector. She led the County's Human Resources department before taking on her current role as Assistant County Manager in March 2014.

Glen Salyer

Bio
Glen Salyer, who joined Lee County in 2002, was named an Assistant County Manager in March 2016. He acts as the County's legislative liaison, oversees several departments, and also leads the County's performance and analytics initiative designed to improve operations countywide, enhance transparency and increase efficiency and accountability. Prior to his current position, Salyer worked in Lee County's Economic Development department. Salyer served in the Navy Reserve and is a member of The Florida Bar.

Bio
Marc Mora was named an Assistant County Manager in February 2020, after serving as director of Fleet Management since 2019. Mora worked at the School District of Lee County for 22 years, most recently as the Executive Director of Operational Planning & Project Management.
