PUBLIC NOTICE
 
On Tuesday, October 6, 2020, at 8:30 a.m., the Lee County Board of County Commissioners will meet in executive attorney / client session for the purpose of discussing settlement negotiations or strategy sessions related to litigation in the case of FFD Land Co., Inc., v. Lee County, Case No. 17-CA-1517.
 
The opening of the public meeting will convene in the County Commission Chambers, Old Lee County Courthouse, 2120 Main Street, Fort Myers, Florida, and will adjourn to a closed session in the East Room of the Old Lee County Courthouse, 2120 Main Street, Fort Myers, Florida.  Upon conclusion of the closed session, the public meeting will reconvene in the County Commission Chambers.

The meeting will be held pursuant to Florida Statutes, Section 286.011(8). The following individuals will be in attendance at this closed executive session:  County Commissioners: John E. Manning, Cecil L. Pendergrass, Raymond Sandelli, Brian Hamman, Frank Mann; Attorneys:   Richard Wm. Wesch, Michael D. Jacob, Jeffrey L. Hinds, Jay J. Bartlett and County Manager Roger Desjarlais. The closed session of the meeting will be transcribed by Jackie Burrell or other representative of the court reporting firm of Fort Myers Court Reporting. PO D092920-94-CA
