LEE COUNTY PORT AUTHORITY

STAFF EVALUATION COMMITTEE MEETING

TO REVIEW AND EVALUATE PROPOSALS FOR

JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR SOUTHWEST FLORIDA

INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) 20-45MMW

The Lee County Port Authority Staff Evaluation Committee will reconvene for a meeting on Tuesday, July 14, 2020, at 9:00 a.m., to review and evaluate additional information relating to Proposals submitted in response to the Request for Proposals for Janitorial Services for Southwest Florida International Airport (RFP 20-45MMW).

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and Florida Governor's Executive Order 20-139 outlining the current status of the State's Safe. Smart. Step-by-Step. Plan for Florida's recovery, a majority of Port Authority staff is working from home and access to Port Authority facilities is limited. The meeting will therefore be held electronically via conference call. Interested persons may listen to the meeting by telephone by calling (475) 441-5338 (PIN: 977233669#), or by connecting to Join With Google Meet at meet.google.com/pmu-xumt-thv.

The meeting is open to the public by using either connection method above, but public comment will not be solicited or entertained.

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act reasonable accommodations for listening to this meeting will be made upon request. Contact the Lee County Port Authority Purchasing Department, telephone (239) 590-4557; fax (239) 590-4548; or e-mail address mmwendel@flylcpa.com.

If a person decides to appeal any decision made at the meeting with respect to any matter considered at the meeting, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
