PUBLIC NOTICE

PLEASE BE ADVISED that one or more members of the Lee County Conservation Land Acquisition and Stewardship Committee (CLASAC) – Conservation 20/20 Program and County staff will conduct a site inspection of property to be considered by the Committee, as follows:

DATE: Monday, January 5, 2015
 
Property: Nomination 254-3 (14 +/- acres); this property is in Fort Myers, east of I-75 and north of Colonial Blvd., @ the intersection of Treeline Avenue. The parcel is northeast of an existing Lee County DOT Pond Site and immediately adjacent to the existing Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve.

Time: 1:00 p.m. (Approximate time frame 1 hour for site inspection)
 
Where: The site has no street address. Meet on the north side of the intersection at Treeline Avenue and Colonial Blvd., east of I-75.
 
One or more members of the CLASAC Committee may attend the inspection listed above. No final decisions on acquisition of the property will be made during the site inspection. Members of the public are welcome, but must provide their own transportation and other accommodations as necessary. The Board of County Commissioners will make the final decision regarding acquisition of property.
