NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 23^rd  day of February 2010 at 9:30 AM in the County Commissioners’ Meeting Room, Old Lee County Courthouse, 2120 Main Street, Fort Myers, Florida, a public hearing will be held to consider the purchase of a tract of land for the Conservation 2020 Project 8800, pursuant to Florida Statute 125.355.  The property is identified as Parcels 390, 410, and 422, of the Conservation 2020 Land Acquisition Program, STRAP Number(s) 13-44-25-P1-00001.0000, 24-44-25-P1-00001.1000, 24-44-25-P1-00001.2000, 23-44-25-P1-00001.0000, 26-44-25-P2-00001.1000, 22-44-25-P2-00062.0000, 22-44-25-P2-00009.0020, Part of 22-44-25-P2-00061.0000, 23-44-25-P1-00001.0010, 15-44-25-P3-00032.0000, and 14-44-25-P4-00002.1000.  The property owners are Keystone Creek, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company, and C-Hack, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company.

Interested parties may be heard regarding the proposed acquisition.  Anyone wishing to appeal a decision made by the Board will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made.
