PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, November 4, 2014, there is hereby called a referendum election for the purpose of submitting to the qualified electors residing within the proposed corporate limits of the proposed Village of Estero, as described in Section 3 of HB 1373, the question as submitted by section 12 of said Act as to the approval of said law creating the Village of Estero and providing for its Charter.

            Said referendum shall be conducted as authorized by CS/CS/HB 1373, enrolled, with an election in accordance with the Florida Election Code as may be amended from time to time.

            As approved by Section 12 of CS/CS/HB 1373, enrolled, the question placed on the ballot will read substantially as follows:
