Lee County commissioned the Human Services Gap Analysis to assess access to publicly funded services and supports in our community.

The analysis is intended to be of value to the entire community by focusing on a range of services, not solely on those that are the responsibilities of the Board of County Commissioners.

Herbert Marlowe, Ph.D., developed the report by analyzing:
  • Quantitative data
  • Local services infrastructure
  • Multiple systems of care
  • Populations
  • Service geographies
  • Funding

Analytica assists its clients to undertake positive, forward-looking steps as they cast a new vision, manage organizational change, adapt programs and services to reflect changing realities, or simply assess the way forward, often in an environment of fiscal constraint.

Lee County is now soliciting public comments on the report.  The intent of this comment period is to collect additional data or technical feedback that will improve understanding of current gaps within the community’s social services network.

The comment period will close on Friday, Mar. 20, 2020.
