| Scope Of Work: | The intent of this RFP is to acquire a vendor to provide landscape mowing and maintenance for various locations throughout Lee County for Parks and Recreation. Each site varies in size and may involve trash pickup. Approximately 95% of the work consists of Bahia mowing including small-designated areas such as bullpens, with Bahia, possibly fenced in, that a riding mower cannot fit into. Any areas missed or that a mower can’t get into should be line trimmed, such as but not limited to swells, drain grates, fence corners, etc. Site should be left in a neat clean professional condition. |
