1.2. In addition, if requested by the COUNTY, the CONSULTANT shall provide testing for asbestos, radon hazards, lead hazards, and indoor air quality.
1.3. The CONSULTANT shall provide, at minimum, personnel to oversee all construction activities, coordinate shop drawing reviews and requests for information, maintain project records, provide materials testing, review and approve the Contractor’s Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule, and facilitate coordination with other entities such as utility companies, contractors, governmental agencies and Lee County staff to ensure that the project is constructed in accordance with the associated plans, specifications, and contract documents.
