| Scope Of Work: | Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract for qualified professional consulting
services to provide architectural services for County projects or systems on an as-needed basis
that may include, but are not limited to, the following:
1.1.1 Design
1.1.2 Feasibility Study
1.1.3 Construction drawings (CAD 2D and/or 3D)
1.1.4 Construction specifications
1.1.5 Permitting
1.1.6 Bidding and negotiation services
1.1.7 Construction observation/administration
1.1.8 Conceptual estimates for new construction and renovation/retrofit projects
1.1.9 Interior/ Furniture Design
1.1.10 Analysis of existing facilities
1.1.11 As-Built drawings (CAD 2D and/or 3D)
services
1.1.13 Perform eleventh month warranty inspection
