| Scope Of Work: | Lee County is seeking a qualified electrical contractor to replace the obsolete electrical and control equipment at the Master Lift Station located at 12901 Palm Beach Blvd. Fort Myers, FL 33905 4482. LCU (Lee County Utilities) will supply all new electrical and air conditioning equipment for this project. The Contractor will provide miscellaneous material such as conduit and wiring and shall provide all labor necessary to complete this project. This project is time sensitive as this is an active master lift station. An area in the electrical room will be walled off by LCU. This area will be air conditioned to maintain equipment in a controlled environment. LCU collection’s group will install a backup pump system before construction begins.
