| Scope Of Work: | Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract with a qualified Contractor to provide
construction services to widen an existing two (2) lane undivided arterial roadway to a four (4) lane divided
arterial roadway. The scope of work includes the construction of 2.16 miles of roadway, which includes drainage
improvements, two (2) on road bike lanes, two (2) 12’ shared use paths, signal improvements at the intersection
of Ben Hill-Griffin PKWY/ Alico RD, embankment, sod and water main installation/abandonment, force main
installation, utility casing installation and appurtenances for Lee County Utilities. The scope of work also
includes signing, pavement marking, maintenance of traffic, and installation/removal of erosion control
measures. |
