| Scope Of Work: | Lee County desires to contract with a pool of vendors to perform various roof replacement and repairs throughout Lee County on an as needed basis. Work may consist of the repair or replacement of the following roof types: Metal, Metal5V, Metal Standing Seam, Insulated Aluminum Panel, Aluminum Pan, Smooth Modified, Granular Modified, Shingle 3 tab, Shingle Dimensional, FiberTite, Coating, Concrete, Lightweight Concrete, Phenolic Insulated, Polylsolns, Tapered Foam, Perlite Insulated, Wood Deck, Metal Deck and Concrete Deck. All work performed to follow Federal, State, Local, OSHA and department mandated regulations and specifications for associated work. |
