Residential: Single-Family and/or Multifamily

In order to receive a new residential meter installation, you will need the following:

  1. Complete a New Residential Installation Application 

  2. Photo Identification

    • Residential Accounts: Copy of driver's license or other form of government-issued identification. (If you are faxing your application packet, please enlarge and lighten the driver's license.)

    • Commercial Accounts: Proof of FEIN (W-9 or Letter from the IRS) AND a copy of the driver's license or other form of government-issued identification of the signer on the application. (If you are faxing your application packet, please enlarge and lighten the driver's license.)

  3. Pay Deposit and Connection Fees. 

Applications can be:

  • Faxed to 239-485-8399
  • Emailed to LCUNewInstalls@leegov.com
  • Mailed to LCU, 1500 Monroe St., Fort Myers, FL 33901
  • Processed in person at our Monroe Street Office
