Comprehensive Emergency Management Plans (CEMPs)

If you run a healthcare facility in Lee County, you are required to submit a Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan to Lee County Emergency Management for review every year.

Emergency Management has an electronic emergency plan review process, and all healthcare facility plans are submitted through the "CEMP Upload Portal" below.

Home Health, Nurse Registry, and Home Medical Equipment facilities should submit their emergency plans to the Florida Department of Health in Lee County for review. Emergency Management does not review emergency plans for these facilities.
