| Scope Of Work: | Lee County Board of County Commissioners have approved issuing this Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) for the purposes of inviting and identifying qualified parties interested in developing property located at 1667 and 1687 Inlet Drive North Fort Myers, Florida 33903. As such, the County invites interested qualified parties, additionally referred to as Responder / Respondent, to submit a development plan along with qualifications as requested herein to provide for development at the aforementioned property through a long-term lease or an approved alternate method. It should be noted, that the property is currently permitted for the development of a marina with docks, dry storage and a restaurant and it is the County’s desire to adhere as closely as possible to the current permitted uses of the aforementioned property. |
