Bob Repenning

Bob Repenning has a Master of Science in Forest Resources and Conservation from the University of Florida. He is certified in prescribed burning, pesticide application and as an arborist. Bob has been involved in the management of Florida's ecosystems for over 30 years and has worked for a number of the public agencies that aim to protect Florida's environment. Additionally, Mr. Repenning has worked for a private consulting firm. Through the years, Bob has worked on endangered species and studied habitat impacts from various activities of man including phosphate mining, rock mining, plantation forest management, the Cross Florida Barge Canal, and development. He is an avid bird watcher. Mr. Repenning joined Lee County in 2004 as a Land Stewardship Coordinator.
